An internal error occured while

the <DS:GLOS.81831343B0CAD411B11B0008C784EFB1>OPC server</> &V1& on the
target host with the <DS:GLOS.3526AFF8AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>RFC</>
destination &V2&.
This may be due to the following reasons:
A program error occurred:
In the SAP system
In the <DS:GLOS.9E1CCF44B0CAD411B11B0008C784EFB1>SAP ODA Connector</>
On the OPC server
The namespace configuration on the OPC server contains errors.
The OPC server does not support namespace browsing.

Check the following:
Whether the namespace of the OPC server was configured correctly

system. Contact SAP.
If this is not possible, there is probably an error on the OPC server.
Contact the OPC server vendor.
