¿Qué causa este problema?

We recommend starting a job in the background for converting original
application files.
The job could not be released because the user does not have the
required authorization (batch processing: operations on batch jobs or
batch processing: batch Administrator).

Release the job using transaction sm37 (<DS:TRAN.SM37>Exexcute job</>).
Give the person who is maintaining the converter the above mentioned
authorization for batch processing.
