¿Qué causa este problema?

For data subject ID type &V1& no handler class that implements interface
IF_CM_BLOCKED_DATA_SUBJECT was found. During import it is checked if the
data subject is already blocked in the system. If blocked the consent
records is not imported.
Consent &V2& uses data subject ID type &V1& but no class that could
check the blocking status for data subject of this type could be found.
