The entry you made is too long. You can enter a maximum of 18 characters
for a category ID.
Categories correspond to classes in the SAP system. Classes are a
maximum of 18 characters long in the SAP system, whereas categories can
be 20 characters long in the CRM system. If you intend to transfer this
data from the CRM system to an SAP system and want to avoid extensive
mapping, category IDs should not contain more than 18 characters.
