¿Qué causa este problema?

The RFC destination &V1& is not defined. You cannot upload products
without a valid RFC destination because this is used to determine the
OLTP System to which the product data will be transferred.

You can display a list of RFC destinations available using the possible
entries button.
Using transaction SM59 you can define any missing RFC destinations.
You can also assign RFC destinations to the object class MATERIAL using
transaction R3AC4. These RFC destinations are used to activate the BTE
(Business Transaction Event) interface for material master data in the
relevant OLTP System, which is accessed via the specified RFC
destination. The BTE interface enables a delta download to be performed
for material master data from an OLTP System to the CRM System. These
RFC destinations are also used for the upload and are displayed in the
possible entries help for selection.
The RFC destinations assigned using transaction R3AC4 form a subset of
the RFC destinations defined using transaction SM59. If delta downloads
are not being performed, meaning that no entries have been assigned to
object class MATERIAL or that the <LS>Inactive</> indicator has been
set for the maintained entries, then the RFC destinations defined with
transaction SM59 are used for the upload and are displayed in the
possible entries help for selection.
