¿Qué causa este problema?

When you replicate a business partner, you should create it with the
same number.
However in the case of this number, no external number range exists for
the number range object BU_PARTNER that is assigned to a grouping
(table TB001). It is necessary to have the same number in the case of
certain components e.g. ISU/CCS.
