Check if any SOAP fault details is available in the application log,,
Check transaction <DS:TRAN.SRTUTIL>SRT_UTIL</> -> Error log for further
hint about the problem.
Check Middleware message processing log or message monitoring log for
any possible cause
Check web service monitoring log on the SAP Cloud for Customer for any
issues
