Make sure correct Host name and Port information is available in
<DS:TRAN.SOAMANAGER>SOAMANAGER</> for the Consumer Proxy
<ZH>CO_CODERINT_CONNECTIVITY_CHECK</>

Additionally if the SAP system is connecting to a HCI system, the
required proxy settings are maintained under the Transport settings for
the consumer proxy.
