¿Qué causa este problema?

The order object affected by the current change step has been indicated
as 'inserted' in an earlier change process. The comparison in the
present change process showed that the order object is no longer
required.

Respuesta del sistema

No further checks will be carried out. When you execute the change
steps the system will delete the order object.
