¿Qué causa este problema?

According to your user master you have no authorization for archive
maintenance.
When you call up archive maintenance the following authorization checks
are executed:
Check of the authorization obejct S_ARCHIV
Check of application-specific authorizations (if they exist)

¿Cómo puede suceder esto?

To archive production orders you must have authorizations in your user
master for the following objects:
authorization object S_ARCHIVE (activity '01')
Authorization object C_AFKO_ATY (activity '06' for order category
'10').

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Contact your system administrator and obtain the appropriate
authorizations.
