¿Qué causa este problema?

To exchange a sequence the following conditions must be fulfilled:
You allow alternative sequences to be swapped by selecting an indicator
in Customizing.
The branch operation and the return operation given for the alternative
operation must exist in the main sequence.
The operation numbers given in the alternative operation must fit in
the number interval in the main sequence.
The alternative sequence may not cross over other alternative or
parallel sequences.
The operations in the standard sequence to be exchanged must not have
been released.
