The inspection lots needs to be stored on the database.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If the inspection lot was created manually or automatically (with the
release of the first operation) during the current transaction, proceed
as follows:
Save the order.
Call up the order in change mode.
You can now create unplanned inspection characteristics.
