specified for Statistics Collection.

Statistics Collection can be activated only once for each system. For
this reason, you should ensure that the RFC destinations all point to
different SAP Systems.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check the following conditions -
Does this RFC destination already exist in the list of statistics
systems ?
Is there already another RFC destination which points to the same SAP
SAP system?
If either of the above conditions is true, you cannot use this RFC
destination for Statistics Collection.
