¿Qué causa este problema?

The piece list (transport request) for the selected objects was
created. A piece list is a freely created object list. The selected
entries from the display screen are appended to the transport request
specified by the user.
The user can view the created piece list using transaction SE01. In the
opened window, select the piece lists tab and view the piece list
created.
