¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to change an operative network. However there are active
simulations for this network. Changes to the operative network are not
updated inthe simualtion versions. Therefore when you transfer a
simulation version to the operative network, you could overwrite the
changes.

If you change the operative network, make the same chnages in the
simulation versions.
