¿Qué causa este problema?

You have triggered the creation of a purchase requisition. The system
determines the release date as the difference between the delivery date
and the total derived from the planned delivery time, the goods receipt
processing time, and the processing time in Purchasing.

Respuesta del sistema

The release date is in the past. Since it is not possible for the
release to be earlier than the current date, the system assigns the
current date to the release date.
