An external number range assignment is specified for the asset type. You
are required to enter an asset ID of your choice. If the number range
assignment is <ZK>External and within a Specified Range</>, the system
checks to see if the specified ID lies within the number range interval
maintained for the asset type. No validations are performed if the
number range assignment is <ZK>External Number or Free Text Entry</>.Respuesta del sistema
