If you want to change the step element assignment, you first have to
deactivate the <DS:DE.CMAC_FEEPROC_RELEASED>released</> indicator for
fee calculation procedure &V1&. You can deactivate this indicator
in the IMG activity
<DS:SIMG.CM_AC_XX_060>Define Fee Calculation Procedures</>.
If you have already used the fee calculation procedure in a
production system, you should not change it as this could lead to
inconsistencies in the fee calculation history. Therefore you should
copy the fee calculation procedure, change it as required, and use
this copy instead of the original fee calculation procedure (see also
SAP note 688537).
