created because the object &V1& is currently being edited by the user

Make sure that no other user is editing the WWI-specific IMG activities
<LS>Specify Generation Servers</> (IMG View ESV_TCGS8) and <LS>Check WWI
Destinations and Assign Generation Servers</> (IMG Views ESV_TCGS3 and
ESV_TCGS5) and create the service again.
