any symbols in the first step.

Select a repeating group in the symbol tree and start the WWI Wizard
again.
For the first Wizard step, you must have set the <LS>
<DS:DE.ESEWWIWIZARDCB>Selection of Specification or Descriptor Symbols
</></> indicator for at least one symbol.
