You have tried to import building block &V2& of building block group
&V1&. However, you are not authorized to do so.
When a building block is imported, the content of the selected XML
transfer file is loaded into the building block group specified in the
XML transfer file or in the input field. If you are not authorized to
access the building block group, the building block cannot be imported.
