¿Qué causa este problema?

You attempted to release a report in whose generation variant the
setting was made that all corresponding older released reports are to
be set to historical automatically. &V1& is one of these older reports
that should be set to historical. However, this is not possible because
it is currently locked by another user.

The report &V1& could not be locked and thus not be set to historical.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

When the report &V1& is no longer locked, set it to historical
manually.
