check the system did not find an active regulatory list.

The check cannot be migrated.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Verify the regulatory lists if there is an active version for that
check. If one exists, also verify that the validity date is set
correctly. If no regulatory list exists, remove the check from the
specification.
