¿Qué causa este problema?

You reported an incident, and then, wanted to perform any of the
following tasks:
Open the incident for processing.
Change the incident category.
You can perform these tasks only when the incident workflow is started
by the corresponding back end process. However, in some cases, the
system may encounter an error during the workflow start, and therefore,
the workflow status is set to <LS>Error</>.

The system set the incident workflow status to <LS>Error</>.

Contact your system administrator. Then, void the incident and reopen it
for processing, or delete it.
