¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to cancel the assignment for more than one task at the same
time. For the selected task, you must provide a reason why you are
cancelling the assignment in an additional dialog. However, the system
cannot display this dialog when you have selected more than one task.

The system cannot display the dialog for adding a reason, and cannot
cancel the assignment for the task.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Select only this task and perform the action again. The system then
displays a dialog for adding a reason.
