¿Qué causa este problema?

In tables <NP>EHFNDD_REQ_NAME </>and <NP>EHFNDD_REQ_ORG</><(>,<)> the
combination of <LB>Compliance Requirement Version</><LS> </>(
<NP>PARENT_UUID</>) and <LB>Language</> (<NP>LANGUAGE</>) must be
unique. However, the system found duplicates.
