The workflow template defines the steps that should be executed during a
process.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You can open a workflow template that should be used for the process in
transaction <ZK>Change Tasks</> (PFTC_CHG). Create an entry on the tab
<ZK>Triggering events</> that refers to the PCO class. Usually the event
CREATED is used.
Alternatively you can open transaction <ZK>Display/Maint. Event Type
Linkages</> (SWE2) and manually create an entry that couples the PCO
class with the respective workflow template.
