¿Qué causa este problema?

The dynamic creation of statements is locked because a software update
with Zero Downtime Option (ZDO) is running in parallel. For this reason,
it is also not possible to manage or translate statements.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

During the upgrade, the system locks database tables so changes to the
statements cannot be stored.

Currently, there is nothing you can do, to resolve this issue.
You can create, manage, and translate statements again when the upgrade
is finished.
To find out when the upgrade phase will end, contact your system
administrator.
<ZH>What is the impact?</>
As long as the upgrade is running, the current issue will persist.
You can continue to use other functions without any risks.
When the upgrade is finished, you will be asked to quit your session.
Eventually, you can log on again when the system is available on the new
software version. Then, the issue will be gone.
