Supplier material &V1& is already assigned to import request &V4&, the
ESComXML file of which contains a newer
<DS:DE.ESEESC_XML_GENERATION_DATE>generation date</> (&V3&).

generation date (&V2&), the system overwrites the data from the ESComXML
file with the newer generation date (&V3&).
