<DS:DE.ESEESC_MATERIAL_ID>material</> &V2& and
<DS:DE.ESEESC_XML_ASSGND_SUBST_ID>substance</> &V1&.
The material is <ZU>not</> assigned to the substance in the substance
workbench, however.

You need to change the data entered. Proceed as follows:
In the <LS>Assign Material</> step, select a material that is assigned
to substance &V1& in the <DS:TRAN.CG02>substance workbench</>. You can
display the material assignments in the header data of the substance in
the <DS:TRAN.CG02>substance workbench</>.
or
In the <LS>Assign Material</> step, select a substance that is assigned
to material &V2& in the <DS:TRAN.CG02>substance workbench</>. Use the
input help and specify the material as a search criterion.
