The system tried to convert the value &V3& of the unit of measuremet
&V1& into the unit of measurement &V2&. As the unit of measurement &V1&
does not exist in the Customizing activity <DS:SIMG.EHS_ESC_PHRAS_UOM>
Assign Phrases to Units of Measurement </>, the system tries to convert
the unit of mesurement with a value into a different unit of measurement
of the same dimension, which is available in the Customizing activity.
In this case, this was not possible as conversion failed. More precise
information regarding the errors that occured is available in the
following message.
