The file name &V1& for the ESComXML file is invalid. The name contains:
Special characters \ / : * ? " <(><<)> > | ( )
Incorrect format <(><<)>Prefix>.<(><<)>Suffix>, for example ESCom.XML
A space at the beginning of the file name

Note the naming conventions above.
