¿Qué causa este problema?

The system cannot transfer the values of characteristic &V4& to the
following attribute of the ESComXML file:
Attribute: &V1&
Section: &V2&
Higer-level section: &V3&.
The attribute &V1& may <ZU>only</> contain phrases. The characteristic
&V4& is not assigned phases; the characteristic is <ZU>not</>
phrase-enabled.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

In transaction <DS:TRAN.CGAB>Edit Phrase Set-to-Attribute Assignment</>,
check if the characteristic &V4& is assigned to a phrase set whenever
the characteristic is a phrase-enabled charcteristic.

Check the attribute mapping.
Mapping of the attributes to the characteristics is implemented in the
derived class to the interface IF_EHSS_ESCOM_SUB_MAPPER.
