The supplier specification does not exist so the system tried to create
a supplier specification. An error occurred when the system tried to
create the supplier specification.

The system does not display any data and does not allow you to save.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check why the supplier specification cannot be created and then open the
dialog again. Look for additional messages that provide information
about the the reason, for example, the specification header is locked or
authorization is missing. If you do not receive any messages, contact
your system administrator.
