¿Qué causa este problema?

The operation for which you want to delete the material component
allocation is referenced from an operation set. You cannot delete
component allocations to referenced operations in the routing.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to delete the component allocation, you can do this in the
reference operation set. Note, however, that this change is valid for
all routings containing a reference to the operation set.
