The total weight of stock in the open warehouse task and the bin stock
exceeds the net explosives weight (NEW) limit defined in the storage
location for the hazard division.

Check the NEW limit<(>,<)> which is maintained for the selected storage
location. Increase the limit for the hazard division.
Check the total weight of stock available in the selected bin and the
stock in the open warehouse task for the selected warehouse number,
storage type and storage bin, which belong to the selected hazard
division. It exceeds the limit maintained in the storage location for
the hazard division.
