¿Qué causa este problema?

The status <LS>Online</> could not be set automatically. An error occurs
if you have accessed the social service plan by a Web user interface
when the status <LS>Online</> is not set.

Respuesta del sistema

The middleware processes the social service plan in background mode, and
some RFC calls cannot be triggered.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Do not continue working on this social service plan. Contact your system
administrator.

The current social service plan cannot be edited, either because the
plan has already been decision assessed, or the plan is still in
distribution.
