You want to use engineering change management to delete a class.
In class maintenance, only the characteristics of a class are subject
to engineering change management. For this reason, only the
characteristics of the class have been deleted with the change number.
The other class data remains unchanged.

If you have not yet used engineering change management to process the
class, you can delete the class physically, without a change number.
Alternatively, you can change the valid-to date of the class to
restrict its validity period.
