¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to save a class with status &V1& (class released). However,
this is not allowed because the class contains characteristics that are
locked.

The system checks whether all the characteristics in the class are
released.

Check the status of the characteristics.
If you want to save changes to the class, set the status of all its
characteristics to "released" or set the status of the class to "In
preparation" or "Locked".
