¿Qué causa este problema?

It is not possible to have additive cost estimates for cost estimates
without quantity structure. Additive cost estimates can only exist for
cost estimates with quantity structure, but not for material cost
estimates without quantity structure.

The system is unable to select any cost estimates.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

When you set the indicator <ls>Additive cost estimates</> you must also
set the indicator <ls>With quantity structure</>.
