¿Qué causa este problema?

The new WBS elements you created are assigned to a WBS element that no
longer has status "created". The system status of the new WBS elements
is adjusted to the status of the superior WBS element. This change
requires a change to the user status in the status profile. However, a
change to the user status is not possible since it contradicts the
rules in the status profile concerning changes to the user status with
status number.
