A level is missing within the WBS element hierarchy where you want to
include an element. You cannot include the WBS element "&V1&".

RESET N1
Check whether you have selected all the WBS elements that you wanted to
include.
Select or deselect the appropriate WBS elements.
Choose <LS>Check</>.
If the hierarchy has errors, there will be an error log.
