¿Qué causa este problema?

You cannot change the dates of WBS element &v1&.
Possible reasons for this are:
1.) You do not have the necessary authorization
2.) You have only selected a sub-hierarchy of the corresponding
project.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Case 1
INCLUDE NA_ALLG_BERECHTIGUNG OBJECT DOKU ID TX
Case 2:
Select the whole project. To do so mainatin the project definition in
initial screen.
