¿Qué causa este problema?

This action cannot be executed for <DS:GLOS.project object>project
objects</> with the status 'Deleteion flag activated', 'Closed' or
'Technically completed'.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check the system status or the user status for the project object on the
details screen. Refer to the SAP Library for the Project System under
<ls>Status management</> for details about which business transactions
are allowed or forbidden for each status.
