¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to set a deletion flag for a WBS element. This WBS element has
been assigned an activity element that cannot have a deletion flag set
because the superior activity is assigned to another WBS element that
has not been selected.

To set a deletion flag for the WBS element,
first select the activity element and choose <ls> Edit -> Delete ->
Delete object</>
or
select the superior activity element as well.
