You selected a functional location task list which is being edited
either by you in another mode or by another user.

Respuesta del sistema

The system locks any further editing calls until the current editing
has been completed.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check whether you have called up the task list in another mode. If so,
edit the task list there.
If another user is editing the task list, wait until that person has
finished.
