¿Qué causa este problema?

You have marked a <GL:production_resource/tool>
production resource/tool</> for deletion. However, this PRT has been
allocated to at least one document.

Respuesta del sistema

A PRT that is marked for deletion cannot have a new allocation to a
task list or work order.
The PRT will be deleted during the next reorganization run, so long as
doesn't have any more document allocations.
