The monitor set &V1& is to be newly created. However, the associated
monitor set attributes do not all exist in the XML document.
Monitor set &V1& cannot be created.
Check the XML description of the above monitor set. In the
Document Type Description (DTD) delivered by SAP contain the required
attribute definitions for a monitor set. If you do not have a DTD
available, simply export an existing monitor to your local hard disk.
The DTD will be contained in the generated XML file.
