You want to release a <DS:GLOS.change_leader>change leader</>.

Respuesta del sistema

The system checks the system status of the allocated change packages
(ECO). A change leader cannot be released until you have set the
<LS>ECO released</> system status for the allocated packages.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check whether you can release the change packages. You cannot release
the leading change master record (change leader) until you have
released all the packages belonging to it.
<LS>Exception</>: If you have set the <DS:DE.CC_AEHI_LATE>Late packages
allowed</> indicator under <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLPSOS54>control data</>
in Customizing, you receive a warning message. Before you release the
change leader, you should check the packages that have not yet been
released.
