number. However, one of the following situations triggered this error
message:
You are processing the BOM in another session.
The change master record is currently being processed by user &V3&.
The BOM is has just been processed by user &V3&. However, the system
has not yet updated the BOM.

Try again later.
If the BOM is locked over a long period of time, ask the user concerned
what is happening.
